Find a product
Browse our catalog or paste a supported marketplace product link into the search bar.

Open it through our invitation link
Select “View product” or the SUGARGOO option on a product page. A new tab opens on SUGARGOO with our referral identifier attached.

Confirm the listing
Check the seller, size, colour, quantity, domestic delivery charge, seller notes and current availability. Marketplace information can change after it appears in our catalog.

Pay for the item
Submit and pay for the product on SUGARGOO. This stage normally covers the item and any seller-to-warehouse domestic shipping displayed at checkout.

Review warehouse QC
After the item reaches the warehouse, review the inspection photos and item details. Decide whether to keep, return or exchange it within the available service window.

Submit a parcel
Select the items to ship, confirm the address, packaging and an eligible route, then pay the international shipping charge shown by SUGARGOO.
7
Track delivery
Follow parcel updates in your SUGARGOO account and through the carrier. Customs checks and local delivery are controlled by the destination authorities and carrier.
